One active package

Connect Xero, QuickBooks Online or Sage Business Cloud Accounting. WorkOps remains the invoice record your customer sees; the connected accounting package feeds payment and reconciliation status back into WorkOps.

When changing accounting packageChoose what the new package should receive. Old provider links and payment history are retained permanently for audit and are never deleted.
Switching is controlled.
The old connection is not retired until the replacement has been successfully authorised. A failed or expired connection never changes an invoice from paid to unpaid; WorkOps keeps the last confirmed state and shows that the accounting sync needs attention.

WorkOps only offers genuinely bookable times. Job duration plus travel time protects the diary; the arrival window is what you promise the customer.
