WorkOps is a trade-business software service for organising customers, sites, jobs, certificates, quotations, invoices, payments and related records. WorkOps does not replace an engineer's professional judgement, statutory duties, qualifications or responsibility for the accuracy and lawful issue of trade documents.
You are responsible for information entered under your account, for keeping your access secure and for ensuring that anyone using WorkOps on your behalf is authorised. Where professional registration, competence or certification is required for work, you remain responsible for meeting those requirements.
A trial starts only when you explicitly choose to start the free trial after signing in. The trial length and current membership prices are shown before subscription. No card is required merely to start the trial. Paid membership may be monthly or annual and is processed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, renewal timing and any genuine promotional price will be shown before you authorise payment.
You may cancel through the available billing controls. When a trial or paid entitlement ends, WorkOps may place the workspace into read-only mode. Existing records remain accessible for viewing and export, while creation or editing of new operational work may require an active membership.
If you enable customer card payments, Stripe may process funds to your connected business account. Card payments are subject to the fees displayed in the product (0.7% + Stripe processing). You remain responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds, customer contracts and any legal obligation to provide documents whether or not payment has been received.
WorkOps provides tools and templates to assist engineers. You must check every certificate, quotation, invoice and other document before issue. WorkOps does not warrant that completing a template alone satisfies every legal, regulatory, manufacturer or industry requirement applicable to a particular job.
Some functions are designed to work offline and synchronise later. Functions requiring external services, including email, card payment, accounting integrations and some document-sharing features, require connectivity and may depend on third-party availability.
You retain responsibility for the business/customer data you enter. WorkOps provides export functionality so that you can keep an independent copy of key business records. Personal-data handling is described in the WorkOps Privacy Notice.
You must not use WorkOps unlawfully, attempt to access another user's workspace, interfere with service security, upload malicious material or use public document links to mislead or defraud anyone.
WorkOps may improve the service and update these terms. Material changes should be versioned and presented appropriately. Existing document snapshots and historical acceptance records should not be silently rewritten.
This beta wording requires legal review before production use, including appropriate liability limits, business-to-business wording, governing law, company identity and dispute provisions.
